The system wasn't built

The money is out there. Over a trillion dollars pledged by the Green Climate Fund, ADB, bilateral governments — ready to flow. But to access it, Pacific organisations face a gauntlet. Duplicate compliance checks. Manual verification. Fragmented reporting. Siloed data. Every funder has its own requirements.

Duplicate compliance,  every time

Every application starts from scratch. Average approval time: four years. Average cost to comply: more than half the project value. Why? The Pacific’s already on the front line of climate change, bears a burden it never created.

No shared infrastructure

Funders and implementers operate in silos. There's no single thread connecting money to measurable impact. Only 45 cents in every dollar reaches real action.
